Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by Nuvira Cantono Wear (Pty) Ltd and will be dispatched via a trusted South African courier. Delivery times and fees will be confirmed at checkout once Collection 01 opens.
Pre-orders
Where a piece is offered on pre-order, the expected dispatch date will be shown before you pay. If a production run does not go ahead, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery. Unworn items in original packaging may be returned; the cost of return shipping is for the customer unless the item is defective.
Defective goods
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, defective goods may be returned within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund.
