Nuvira Cantono Wear (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/272847/07), trading as Nuvira Cantono ("we"), is the responsible party for your personal information. We respect your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, email address, size and design preference. When you contact us: the information you send.
Why
To notify you about releases, manage pre-orders and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by our form provider (Formspree) and email by Zoho Mail; these providers may store data outside South Africa under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and unsubscribe at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
